With Neon Acoustic Orchestra, Philipp Poisel has succeeded in staging another musical project whose intimacy and intensity is reminiscent of the number 1 album "Projekt Seerosenteich" and the associated tour. A filigree sound fabric of wind instruments, strings and band makes the difference, because here a standard "orchestral suit" is not simply given to a pop album, but the songs are individually and minimally given a whole new life and breathe the sound of mystical musical worlds.
Live, we can expect an intimate encounter of light, touching lyrics and a dense production, in which groove, power and the shared celebration of the songs are not neglected.
The Theater des Westens, where Neon Acoustic Orchestra is now being performed, is a large concert hall that reflects the classic modernity of Neon. Big events cast their shadows before them.
